What to include in your brief

- ◆ What the business impact is (lost revenue, security risk, user complaints)
- ◆ What you or others have already tried
- ◆ Any relevant error messages or screenshots
- ◆ Your timeline and any deadlines I should know about
What to expect back
An honest reply. If I can help, I will tell you what the next step is. If I cannot — because your project falls outside my specialism, my schedule does not allow it, or because what you need is genuinely something else — I will tell you that too.
I do not send automated replies, questionnaires, or booking links. You get a direct response from me.
What I do not take on
- ✕ Design work or graphic design projects
- ✕ New site builds where the primary requirement is visual design
- ✕ Projects requiring real-time phone communication as the primary workflow
- ✕ Hourly maintenance work with no defined scope
